Organizational Assessment

Clarity before strategy.

Before we recommend a path forward, we need to understand where you are. Our organizational assessment gives leadership teams an honest, structured view of their people systems - so every decision that follows is grounded in reality, not assumption.

Four dimensions. One complete picture.

Our assessment examines the areas that most directly shape organizational performance and people outcomes.

Talent & Capability

Who you have, what they can do, and where critical gaps exist across roles, levels, and functions.

Structure & Design

How your organization is shaped - reporting lines, spans of control, team design, and whether structure supports or slows your strategy.

Culture & Engagement

The lived experience of your people - what drives them, what frustrates them, and whether your culture is an asset or a liability.

HR Systems & Processes

The infrastructure behind your people operations - from hiring and onboarding to performance, compensation, and compliance.

How it works

A structured five-step engagement designed to minimize disruption and maximize insight.

02

Stakeholder Interviews

Confidential conversations with key leaders and team members to surface patterns, tensions, and opportunities that data alone can't reveal.

03

Data & Document Review

Analysis of existing HR data, org charts, policies, and performance metrics to establish a factual baseline.

04

Synthesis & Analysis

We connect the dots across all inputs to identify root causes, interdependencies, and the highest-leverage areas for change.

05

Findings Presentation

A clear, actionable readout delivered to your leadership team - with prioritized recommendations and a proposed path forward.

Common questions

How long does the assessment take?
Most assessments are completed within three to four weeks, depending on organization size and stakeholder availability. We work around your schedule to minimize disruption.
Who should be involved from our side?
At minimum, we need access to two or three senior leaders and a handful of people managers. For larger organizations, we may expand the interview set to ensure representative coverage.
Is the assessment confidential?
Yes. All individual interview responses are kept confidential. We report on themes and patterns, never on specific individuals, unless there is a legal or compliance obligation to do so.
Do we have to act on the recommendations?
Not at all. Many clients use the assessment as a standalone diagnostic. Others engage us to help implement the recommendations. Either path is completely valid.
What size organizations do you work with?
We work with organizations ranging from 25 to 500 employees, typically in growth or transition phases where people strategy has become a strategic priority.
